Test Site goes Live!

I've moved the test site to live status and replaced the old site.

There's still plenty to do, but it's mostly general layout and some content additions, as well as working on the Gallery2 side of things to make the photopgraphs available.

 There are functions available now that will disappear most likely and some that will be added.

 Please feel free to have a wander around and leave feedback or suggestions.
